PDF WALA performs document-related operations locally on your device.

Your document files and their contents are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us as part of these features.

An internet connection may still be required for certain third-party services, such as analytics.

PDF WALA may request access to your device's camera when you choose to scan documents, IDs, or other physical materials.

Camera access is used only when you initiate a scanning feature.

The app may require access to files or device storage so that you can:

Files selected or created by you are processed locally on your device.

PDF WALA does not provide cloud storage or cloud backup for your documents.

Your PDFs, scanned images, and other document files remain on your device unless you choose to share, export, or otherwise move them using your device or another application.

PDF WALA may allow you to scan documents or identification cards such as Aadhaar, PAN cards, or other IDs.

Information obtained from these scans is used only to perform the function you requested, such as creating or arranging a document layout.

Because ID documents may contain sensitive personal information, we recommend using the app responsibly and avoiding sharing generated documents with people or services you do not trust.

PDF WALA uses Firebase Analytics and related Google services to help us understand app usage and improve reliability and performance.

Depending on your device and app configuration, analytics or diagnostic information may include:

• App usage events
• Device or app information
• Crash and performance information
• Basic technical information

Analytics services do not receive the contents of your PDFs or scanned documents as part of our document-processing features.

We do not use analytics to track or collect the actual content of your documents.

PDF WALA may provide a Recycle Bin feature for deleted files.

You may also clear the app's cache through your device or the app's Settings, where supported.

Because document files are stored locally on your device, you remain responsible for managing and deleting files stored on your device.

We take reasonable measures to design PDF WALA with privacy and data security in mind.

The app's local document-processing approach reduces the need to transmit your documents over the internet.

However, no electronic device, operating system, or software can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

PDF WALA may use certain third-party services, such as Firebase Analytics, to provide analytics, crash reporting, or other technical functionality.

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

PDF WALA is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, features, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
